Victoria W. Goodman, DSC, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist with a private practice and offers Telehealth appointments. Vicki is a food and nutrition expert and leader in the field of dietetics. With 20 years of experience, Vicki has helped clients with a wide variety of health conditions and personal ambitions improve their health and make positive lifelong changes in behavior. She specializes in, but is not limited to: nutrition through the lifespan, weight management, diabetes, cardiac disease, GI disorders, PCOS, eating disorders and sports nutrition.

Her doctoral thesis research, Diet and Lifestyle Changes to Mitigate Menopausal Symptoms, helped Vicki to develop the “10 Steps to Improve Menopausal Symptoms” program. As part of this research, Dr.Vicki has developed effective diet and lifestyle strategies to address pre and post- menopausal symptoms. Recipes and menus were created that would be favorable for women who wish to undertake preventive measures in connection with menopausal conditions, or to adapt beneficial nutritional and lifestyle behaviors in the menopausal stage. Based on this recent work, Dr. Vicki has been able to study how menopause relates to food consumption. This research allows her to specifically advise women on unique strategies for this lifestyle change.

Not only is Vicki accomplished in the science of medical nutrition therapy, she is passionate about promoting healthy dietary and life style changes and has helped a diverse group of clients obtain their individual goals. A personalized approach in accordance to medical needs and food preferences help to support her mission.

Vicki received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nutrition Management from Syracuse University. She then completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Drexel University and a Doctoral degree in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorn University. Vicki is a registered dietitian and Pennsylvania and Maryland state certified licensed dietitian-nutritionist. Vicki has been published in nutrition journals and on nutrition and health related websites, has given talks on an array of nutrition topics at health and community centers. She is a member of The American Dietetic Association, The Pennsylvania Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine and Behavioral Health Nutrition practice groups.
