Victoria Goodman, MS, RD, LDN, CLT is a registered dietitian, licensed nutritionist and certified LEAP therapist (lifestyle, eating and performance) with a private practice in the Philadelphia area. Vicki is a food and nutrition expert and leader in the field of dietetics. With 20 years of experience, Vicki has helped clients with a wide variety of health conditions and personal ambitions improve their health and make positive lifelong changes in behavior. She specializes in, but is not limited to: nutrition through the lifespan, weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, disordered eating, food sensitivities, gastrointestinal disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS),preventative nutrition and sports nutrition.
Not only is Vicki accomplished in the science of medical nutrition therapy, she is passionate about promoting healthy dietary and life style changes and has helped a diverse group of clients obtain their individual goals. A personalized, holistic approach in accordance to medical needs and food preferences help to support her mission.
Vicki believes in giving the tools and knowledge needed to make lifestyle changes. Vicki’s knowledge in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), allows her to take an individualized and personal approach to educate you in healthier eating habits. MNT is the term used to describe that proper nutrition can treat some of the most common and deadliest diseases. Healthier eating may reduce the need of
medication, surgery and health cost.
Vicki received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition Management from Syracuse University. She completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Drexel University. Vicki has been published in nutrition journals and on nutrition and health related websites, has given talks on an array of nutrition topics at health and community centers throughout the Philadelphia area and teaches nutrition science at the college level. She is an avid cook and has a passion for developing healthy and easy recipes for her family and clientele. Vicki is an active member of the Academy of Food and Nutrition and the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association. She is also a member of the Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition practice groups. She is a member of the Center for Mindful Eating and volunteers for the Kids Eat Right campaign to promote a healthy today and tomorrow for our children.
