• Thanksgiving is here! Cranberry Relish

    Cranberries are a healthy choice to any occasion and are so popular during the holiday season. Cranberries are loaded in manganese, vitamin C and fiber. Containing five types of              phytonutrients, they have both anti oxidant and anti inflammatory properties.

    2 cans whole cranberry

    2 cans jellied cranberry

    1 cup apple sauce

    1 cup mandarin oranges- drained

    Mix together in a bowl.

    How simple is that? Crushed pineapple also will work very well.
