Lemon Pasta

  • 1 package spinach fettuccini
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ½ cup parmesan grated cheese
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Cook pasta according to directions. In pot, add skim milk, parmesean and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add pasta,olive oil and stir. Add lemon zest and juice. Top with some extra parmesan cheese.
