• Holiday Spicey Salmon

    Make a dry rub consisting of 1 TB each of ground cumin, brown sugar, chili powder, cinnamon, kosher salt and ground pepper.

    1 salmon-3 pounds with skin. You can also use salmon filets.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl combine all the spices. Place the salmon skin side down on the foli/ Spread the rub on the top of salmon. Roast for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Turn the oven to broil and broil an additional 3- 5 minutes.
