• Lemon Pasta

    This is so easy to prepare! It is low in fat, a good source of calcium, vitamin C and lots of fiber. Perfect for a cold night or a hot summer evening.


    • 1 package spinach fettuccini
    • 1 cup skim milk
    • ½ cup parmesan grated cheese
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • Zest and juice of 1 lemon


    Cook pasta according to directions. In pot, add skim milk, parmesan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add pasta, olive oil and stir. Add lemon zest and juice. Top with some extra parmesan cheese.
