    Pan Seared Cod Filets

    Ingredients:

    • 2- 4 6 oz cod filets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

    Preparation:

    Heat oven to 300 degrees.Put 1-2 teaspoons olive oil in pan and begin to heat. In a bowl, mix remainder of olive oil and hoisin sauce. Dip filets in mixture and shake off any excess. Add to hot pan and sear 4-5 minutes each side. Continue to cook fish in oven 20- 30 minutes.
