- 3 bunches broccoli, cut into bite size pieces. You can use the stems too!
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and lemon pepper to taste ( I love Trader Joes product)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil. On a cookie sheet, spread out broccoli and season with salt and lemon pepper. Cook 45 – 60 minutes until nice and well done.
I also LOVE to do the same recipe replacing the broccoli with cauliflower.
