1 tablespoon light brown sugar
5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Long cinnamon sticks to stir (optional)
In a medium saucepan, cook the milk and brown sugar to a simmer. Turn off the heat and add the chocolate, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Stir well and allow to sit for a minute or two. Reheat the mixture over a low heat.
