• Sauteed green beans and mushrooms

    Rich in fiber and antioxiants, a perfect side dish for any meal.

    1 pound trimmed string beans

    1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced although any mushroom variety will work well

    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

    1 sprig fresh rosemary

    In saute pan, add olive oil and rosemary. When hot , add string beans and saute until beans rich in color. Add mshrooms and continue cooking until browned.
