1 pound asparagus- trim woody ends
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all above ingredients except the cheese and put in oven proof dish. Roast approximately 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
