Lean ground sirloin can be part of a healthy diet and what better way to include it in yours is to make this easy recipe.
1 pound ground lean sirloin
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsely
1/4 cup fresh oregano
dried herbs will also work just fine
1 bottle chili sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix all ingredients except for the chili sauce. Form meat mixture into log and place in oven safe dish. Pour chili sauce on top and bake about 1 1/2 hours
